Stuck in an endless loading of Creative cloud on MAC

Hello,

Everything was working completly fine but today I started my mac and Creative Cloud is stuck in an endless loading.

- I made no updagrade of my OS ( i'm on macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 )

- I tried to uninstall every adobe application and content that I could find and re install but nothing worked

Do you have any ideas how can I fix this problem ? It would be very kind of you

I also Tried to use the Adobe Cleaner Tool and re install the creative cloud but it's not working etiher
