Student Adobe Account (Email disabled)

My annual adobe licence is up for renewal, I only have 3 months of my studies left so I'm still entitled to the discount. Once my studies are over my email will be disabled, will this mean if I purchase the adobe student licence my adobe account will also be disabled in 3 months?

I think it should be okay as long as I don’t log out of creative cloud.

If anyone has done something similar like this please let me know, as I'd like to buy the licence asap.
