Student Adobe Account Licence

My studies are over since last year and my account is currently in the entitled discount period.

My school e-mail has already been disabled but I still have access to my Creative Cloud and all the included apps. My question is: What will happpen with my account (that I'm using with my disabled school e-mail) and all the projects on the apps since I still would need to use them?

If anyone has had something similar like this please let me know, as I wouldn't mind paying the full price but I don't want to use any of my projects (nor the account).
