I subscribed for a 7 days free trial but wasn't able to cancel it before the billing started and it resulted to me being charged of an amount (yearly subscription).  Can it still be refunded because I already cancelled it within the 14 days window? (I just got charged today btw).

    Hi @Unanimous12,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I can see that your account still has an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Premium.

    Please cancel it within next 13 days to get the refund. As @kglad mentioned above, refund may take 12-14 days to get processed.

    Let us know if you have any additional questions.

    @Avha

    check your account, https://account.adobe.com which probably still has an uncancelled subscription.  to properly cancel, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    Could you check if you received any confirmation email for the cancellation?

    refunds are automatic if you qualify and take up to 14 days to complete.

    meanwhile, check your account, https://account.adobe.com to make sure everything is canceled.
