Subscription not working despite paying
I'm not sure is this is the right section so sorry about that.
A little backstory, I'm a student and my school offers us a discount on Adobe Creative Cloud, including all the services and apps and such (Adobe Creative Cloud ETLA), which we have to renew every year. However when I tried to access one of the apps, Photoshop, I was logged out. No big deal, so I logged back in with my school credentials but for some reason, it's showing I never subscribed and is now making me pay for a new subscription. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, signing in and out, everything. Right now it's offering me a 7-day trial which I'm using but I can't rely on that for long. I'm having the same issue with my iPad.
I've recently renewed the subscription at the beginning of September and had no problems using apps like Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign up until today.
