subscription payed on wrong account.

I have started a trial for premiere pro, that ended yesterday. When I followed the instructions to payment, it took my gmail and gave me a membership that now does not have the project I need acces to from my trial.

The trail was linked to an old email for an old work creative cloud.

how do I get my project to my new account?
