Subscription type changed & lost creative cloud folder contents

My organisation recently changed our corporate membership, and afterwards all of the contents of my creative cloud folder is gone, with nothing being in the 'deleted' section either. Is there any way I can recover these files? I was using the cloud storage to avoid precisely this...
