SUPPORT EXPERIENCE MIGHT GOT WORSE

Dear creatives from a personal experience and perspective i think that supoprt by adobe stuff has been a little messy lately. Their response to any question seems like a century, they dont pay attention to information that i provided and at the end they bring an other employee to solve the issue.
In conclusion i strongly believe that ADOBE has reduced the number of its employees or they hire less experienced people. I had an issue with a message "Your Adobe account appears to be in use by more than one person" during the work in one and only computer, that happened a few times lately and not even one gave me a solution. They have changed 3 persons in 1 conversation and at the end i was forced to end the discussion because the amount of time that i wasted on that was huge.
Let me know if any of you experienced a slow as turtle support help from their employees.
