Sync damn sync

Question

How please how to sync files for Express on laptop over to my phone, they were all there in both places 3 days ago, now all phone file are not there, where I mostly work, but they are right in front of me on the computer. Cmon, I need to work! Somewhere it says to go to Files, and sync files, I cannot find that at all...

To investigate the issue, could you please let us know if you are using Adobe Express or Creative Cloud Desktop Application to sync your files?
