Sync issues between Mac & PC after reorganizing folders

Question

Hey there!I am having a big issue with CC file sync. Basically the other day I decided to tidy up my fonts folder which has +10000 files. I did this on my MacBook, the problems started when I tried to sync my work on my Windows workstation. The sync starts, it gets to a couple of files and then freezes and while doing this it occupies 100% CPU making impossible to work. I don't have a very good internet connection but I don't think this is the problem. So how should I proceed?
