Sync Presets

Hello!

In Indesign for example I snyc my presets to the cloud. On the Site "Adobe Creative Cloud" I can see that there are my presets. If I go to the other PC and click on the button to sync, nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Using a proxy (Y/N):
Firewall (Corporate/Local):
