Synced files don't show in CC desktop app

Hello,

I see Libraries and Cloud Documents but no Synced Files.

Is that normal behavior for the Creative Cloud Desktop app?

yes. but you should see links to open your sync folder in various cc app locations (including file>open sync folder).
