Synced Typekit fonts are not available in my Creative Cloud anymore

I activated my Typekit fonts in August 2013 and Creative Cloud syncing was working fine until just before Christmas—but now the fonts are not available anymore (See screenshot below). I sent an email to support@typekit.com and still waiting for their response.

Sorry for the delay, Mark!  We have just replied to your Typekit Support email with some suggestions on what to try, and a few questions for you.
