synch desktop with laptop

Hi,

I've installed LR(CC) and PS(CC) to my desktop. My android table picks up the synch just fine.

I then installed both of these programs on my Windows 10 laptop.

How do I get the synch to work? I'd like to be able to freely move back and forth with editing between my desktop and laptop.

Any ideas?
