We are sorry for your difficulties. Could you please restart your PC and restart the Creative Cloud Application and check if works fine now. If the issue persists, Plese check assests.adobe.com and verify if it has the same error. There were sync issues from our end, our engineering team is already on it to resolve them. Please confirm the details to investigate the error.

ok Neelam, thank for this.

As your engineering team is working on, could you ask them to ad an option to easily find the files that cause problems during synchronisation ?
