Synchronisation creative cloud impossible code erreur 198 XD

Bonjour, j'ai un souci avec creative cloud qui me bloque mes autres applications par exemple je ne peux plus utiliser adobe Xd. 
J'ai un code d'erreur 198 m'informant que la synchronisation est impossible et qu'il faut installer le composant de synchronisation. Bien évidemment je n'ai pas un bouton qui me renverrait vers ce composant et même en parcourant les forums je ne trouve pas de réponse. 

J'ai essayé de réparer l'application, ça n'a pas fonctionné. J'ai désinstaller et réinstaller l'application et pareil ça n'a pas fonctionné. 

Je suis sur la version 6.0.0.571 de creative cloud et je n'ai pas la possibilité de la mettre à jour.

Mon système d'exploitation est macOS Sonoma 14.0

Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une solution à mon problème ? Merci d'avance

Since your error code is with Adobe XD, I've moved your post to the XD forum where the Experts there are more likely to assist. Also, update macOS Sonoma to 14.2.

I may have misspoken, but it's not an Xd error, it's a creative cloud error, it's just that when I opened the Xd application I couldn't use it due to a creative cloud synchronization error. The screenshot I posted is a creative cloud error.
