Synchronization problem due to a firewall

Hi,

I have a problem with the synchronization of files on Mac caused by the firewall (little snitch) with message : "Synchro impossible".

The CeativeCloud.app is fully unlocked (incoming and outgoing accesses are allowed) into the firewall but the synchronization remains

blocked until I do completely disable the firewall. It therefore seems that there is another process that is blocked but I have no indication of this process and no firewall message about it.

I do not want to disable the firewall.
Can you help me and tell me the processes and ports to unlock?

Hi pgrat,

You also need to allow "Core Sync" through the firewall.

Thanks a lot !

Core Sync was only unlocked for outgoing access on https port 443.

It seems to work now ...

Hi,

After 5 days, the file sync is again impossible and the uploaded images on the server are no longer visible. Is there a server problem?
