Syncing Files

Question

Hi, I haave my laptop, mobile and desk top connected to my Adobe acount.  I have all up to date files synced on both my laptop and in my web cloud, my desk top however won't sync.  It says it is syncing for the past 15 hours yet nothing is showing showing as synced
