syncing is slow

Maybe i am just new to creaative cloud and not doing it right. i moved all my photos into my creative cloud folder on my laptop. now trying to sync in creative cloud desk top is taking forever. Any suggestions??

I'm currently experiencing the same issue.

 

Did a reshuffle & renaming of some folders on the 30th of March and it's been stuck in "syncing" status ever since. Haven't been getting file update notifications from other Users of the same folders either nor can they see any files I've updated since before the reshuffle. Other smaller files have since been worked on and not syncing either. 

 

To try and fix the error I've:

1. Left my laptop "syncing" overnight, plugged in, no other Apps open & no monitor sleep interruptions 
2. Shut down all the Aodobe apps and restarted my Mac (OS = Ventura 13.2.1).
3. Force quit via Activity Monitor. 
3. Uninstalled all Adobe Apps and reinstall with a computer restart afterwards. 


After all that, the Adobe Content Synchronizer is now sitting at 5hrs and 36mins with no change to the status of the files.

The total space used is 320GB out of 1TB.

    can you determine which file is trying to sync and preventing progress?

    i don't think there's anything you can do that's not obvious to speed uploading.
