[Tech Support] Bridge Preferences not going away

In one of the recent updates, the older version of all my apps remained on my device, taking up hard drive space.
I uninstalled all of them but Bridge is refusing to go away. Every 15-30 minutes, Creative Cloud appears with pop-up saying "before we uninstall this app, please tell us if you'd like to keep or remove notifications, alerts, interface settings...." With the options "Cancel" "Remove" and "Keep."
Clicking any of the three does nothing.

I've removed my current version of Bridge. I've removed and reinstalled Creative Cloud. Nothing stops the notifications.

How the flip do I get Bridge to notifications to go away???

Has this problem been resolved? I am currently dealing with the exact same problem.

As I said in my first post, I tried unintalling Bridge. I didn't help.

I uninstalled all my Adobe apps and Creative Cloud then reinstalled. It didn't help.

I uninstalled everything then deleted every folder on my PC with the name "Adobe." It didn't help. (But doing that meant Acrobat now won't reinstall, so my problems have gotten worse.)

when uninstalling, did you opt to remove preferences?
