Tengo el paquete Creative Cloud pero no me deja utilizar Illustrator

Hola a todos! Tengo el paquete completo de Creative Cloud, pero desde esta mañana no me deja utilizar Illustrator, solo me aparece la opción de comprar o probar. Espero puedan ayudarme!

if that fails, change the install location
