Dear adobe 
I don’t know who I spoke with on the phone at 8:48pm est but I wanted to say I’m very appreciative of the sympathy I received during the call. I believe that employee went above and beyond to help me and I’m truly grateful for that. 
Please keep her around cause she’ll keep doing the right thing. I don’t know who she is but thank you and take care. 11/10
