The Creative Cloud app and isn't viewing correctly.

When launching the Creative Cloud app, it launches but it isn’t viewing correctly. The Home and Apps tabs look as in the screenshot attached. Interestingly, Benefits, Create, and Stock and Marketplace are fine. Files says oops, page not available. I’ve tried restarting, logging out and back in, and nothing has helped.

    Well, tried those and it’s still the same. I have certificates in Keychain Access that won’t delete.
