The payment expired for more than 30 days
Hi, there,
I have got my Creative Cluod all Apps plan by the payment card for one year: ", exactly.
In July something went wrong about the payment but I thought: I will check the issue in September."
Now I want to reactivate next installment but I can't!
When I try to do it a message says (more or less): "The payment expired for more than 30 days, if you want to reactivate your account, payment and plan, please contact us."
I didn't find a solution because I could not call customer care in Canada, I am Italian. Does it exist another way to resolve my problem? Many thanks
