The PS CC 2015 no longer opens.

Can you please help as I have to complete my work ASAP. I can not open my work  to complete. It says System error on the screen and on the info bar it says something went wrong initialising creative cloud libraries

    Thank you for your reply.  I am not sure how to use this platform as it is my first time. I wish I can have a solution from someone who experienced the same or similar.
