There was a problem syncing files no edit folder

We are having an issue, its not major but its annoying.

 

Within our group we have a shared folder of this years marketing. its locked so we cannot adjust the files. All we do is place these files into documents, no other edits are made, and infact cannot be made.

 

Over time various folders within the marketing have a red alert saying they cannot sync. We dont know why this is because they have not been changed, but obviouisly we cannot do anything because they are locked for editing. 

 

It does not effect anything other than my CC icon has a permanent red alert on it, which is annoying.

 

Any thoughts on why this is happening?

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind telling us that which version of the operating system are you using? Since when have you been seeing this issue?  Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Are you getting any error messages? How much storage is left in your Creative Cloud account? Is it possible, if you can share the screenshot of the issue?

 

Reset the Creative Cloud Desktop Application: Make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt +
