'This purchase is not allowed'

Hi!
I want to purchase the blackfirday deal, so i dicontinued my Premiere subscribtion.
Now when i want to buy the Creative Cloud All Apps it pops up this message, telling me that i cannot subscribe because i have the premiere subscribtion.

What can i do to subscribe to the Black Friday deal?

Hey, thanks for the comment. I'm aware of the fcact that this is a forum. Its Dutch, literally it says :
''This purchase cannot is not supported''
''you have X youre buying Y''
''would like at some of our offers?''
''are you buying for your team?''

The thing is though, it seems like i cannot get into a chat. The link you gave drops me on a page where there is no option to start a chat, ive been trying for an hour now to find a way to get in contact with adobe support but im just running in circles. No matter where i go,  everytime i click the button ''Real help from real people., start now '' it always sends me back to this page...

okay, turns out google chrome was the problem. Tried nother browser and im already on the chat with a agent, thank you John.

let us know the reason that you can't purchase that deal, or whether the agent was able complete that purchase.

    I can't read that page... does it say that it is for NEW subsribers?
