Transferring Creative Cloud App Settings Fonts to New Account

Need to move all my creative cloud stuff to new personal account. I don't suppose there's an easy way to do this?

Do I need to re-download/install apps?

How can I transfer my fonts?

You cannot combine accounts. Sorry.

Download & install Creative Cloud desktop app. Use that to manage apps and assets on your new plan.
