Transferring Ownership of CC Library to another Adobe Account???

Hello,

I have a bit of a weird question/ problem.

I work for a boutique agency, and when we were in the early early stages, I started creating CC Libraries for all the brands we work for. We now have several CC Library tied to my Adobe account.

I was wondering if it is possible to transfer ownership or authorship of the CC Libraries I have created to another account? Specifically, transferring them to one of the agencies partners.

Will exporting, and saving the Libraries keep the sharing settings??? Currently, each library is shared with 8 people, and we have ~25 Libraries.
