Trouble uninstallling on Windows 10 desktop

I recently Purchased Photoshop 2022 which requires Creative Cloud.  I learned that my computer didn't have enough disc space, so I cancelled my subscripion and uninstalled the Photoshop.  When I attempted to uninstall CC it wouldn't let me, warning that I had other programs? apps? that required CC.

I didn't have CC prior and have not added any other apps so not sure why the warning. Can someone help , suggestion for how to Uninstall CC?
