Trouble with libraries...

Question

I have shared a library with a colleague as a collaborator and it will only allow her to take out assets as an image not the original file it also wont let her edit and put it back into the library i have shared with her. We have added and deleted her from it a couple times and even logged in and out to see if that makes a difference. does anyone know why the libraries arent allowing her to collaborate?

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please let us know if your collaborator has either a free or a paid Creative Cloud membership to use Creative Cloud Libraries? If yes, what permissions have you provided?
