Troubles with Contributor Page

The contributor page will load but then the dashboard constantly tries to update and while that is going on, no other function is enabled including uploading photos.  I have given it a couple days thinking it was a glich on Adobe's end that would resolve itself but no.... still happening.  Ideas for how to get on with the job of upolading??
