Trying to cancel a FREE account

I'm trying to cancel a free account and keep only my paid account. But I can't find a way to cancel it, and adobe support had no suggestions. Everything says to go to Manage Plans and then click on Cancel Plan. But mine just says "You have no paid plans" so there's no cancel button. Any ideas how to get rid of a free trial I no longer want? Because support doesn't seem to know?

What makes you think you have a trial subscription plan?

Perhaps you joined under a different ID (email).

I have both a paid CC plan and an earlier, free plan. I just need to get rid of the free one.

Not sure what you mean.  Free membership is for non-paying members only.  See below for benefits of free membership.

Free membership goes away when you become a paid member.  So it's impossible to STOP something you don't have.  If you decide to quit paying later, your current plan will revert to a free plan.

Hope that helps.
