Trying to synch some large video files from my desktop creative cloud file, I am only getting thumb nail images on the cloud and not the full file.

What format are they in? What system? What else? Aside from the fact that it seems slightly insane to push video files that large around, this may be a limitation in the server-side handling. It's exrtremely picky about what it actually ingests.
