Unable to access cloud documents after profile migration

Hey all,
After my organization migrated accounts over to the new profile system, despite having the account tied to the same email as previously, both CC and Photoshop show no cloud documents in the File browsers. Photoshop's Recent files list in the home screen shows links to the previous documents, but when opening them a dialogue saying "Could not download "filename.psdc" because the item was not found or you don't have access to it.". This happens across multiple Windows devices and several versions of Photoshop and Creative Cloud, including fully updated ones.
I'm talking to my administrator, but this feels like a server or account crossed-wires issue-- is there a point of contact on Adobe's side for issues like this? Thanks in advance.
