Unable to Access My Behance Account | Account Deletion Issue

Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I contacted Behance support, and they replied a few times, but then they stopped responding. It's been about a week now, and even after emailing them again, I haven't received a reply. I've seen that many people in the community are facing this issue, but I haven't come across a proper solution. Everyone keeps suggesting contacting Behance support, but that doesn’t seem to be working as expected.

Hey @kglad and Adobe Community,

I just wanted to say that my issue has been resolved. My case was:

 

"Unable to Access My Behance Account | Account Deletion Issue"

 

I contacted the Adobe team using the link below:

https://help.behance.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=4164

I had a conversation with them, and finally, they advised me to create a new Adobe ID. After that, they were able to link my old Behance account (original) with the new Adobe ID. I created a new Adobe ID and shared it with them.

They also sent me an email instructing me to clear my browser cache and log in to my Adobe ID using a Personal Account to complete the process. The whole process took about two weeks.

 

Just sharing my experience in case it helps someone else!

The Adobe team told me this:

'Thank you for reaching out. To assist you further, could you please share your Behance profile URL with me and confirm the email address associated with your account?'

So, I shared my profile URL with them.
