Unable to cancel plan after payment, please help

Question

I've been wanting to cancel my photography plan for more than a week now but it continues to give me the same message in the account tab - "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly".

I do not want it to go over the 2 week limit as I won't be able to cancel the plane thereafter, please help me out here, thank you!
