Unable to create the Creative Cloud Files Folder
I am trying to change the sync location in the Creative Cloud desktop app. I change the location, it asks me if I want to move the fils folder, and I select Move. Then it says Unable to create the Creative Cloud Files Folder at D:\<location>. Continue using the app without syncing files, or restore the folder from the online backup. If I click Restore, it says unable to restore, the file location is unavailable.
I've tried running as administrator, paused syncing and deleted everything in Your Files in the desktop app, and nothing works. Anybody have an idea what's going on?
