"Unable to create the Folder"

Hi

I am trying to activate the file syncing for the creative cloud, but it's not working and and only shows me a cryptic error dialog:

"Retry" and "Restore" fail and only return the same dialog. So far only "Turn File Sync Off" is the working option, but of course that is disabling it. I didn't change any of the settings after installation and i already re-installed CC twice. These are the default settings:

What can i do?
