Unable to edit CC Library items?

Hey all;

I have a lot of libraries that I've shared with a 6-7 coworkers depending on the library. I was able to edit CC Library items before, but after inviting everyone I am unable to edit them. I still have the option but it won't pop up the actual separate tab to make changes and it won't let me drag the item into a document, make changes, and drag it back into the library.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

CAN'T UPDATE CC LIBRARY ITEMS. I have created multiple cc libraries over the past few years which are shared by invite through the cloud with several co-workers. I am the only one who edits these libraries. Working on a MacBook Pro which is running Sonoma 14.4, trying to edit library through Adobe InDesign 2023 18.1.

90% of items in the libraries are indesign components (text, boxes, vector art, etc) which I have created and dragged into the library using InDesign. I have updated these libraries every season by simply double-clicking on the item and editing it in the pop up InDesign window. For some reason, I am no longer able to do this. I have also tried the right-click edit command; nothing happens. When I try to drag anything from my indd page into the libary, either nothing happens or I get the attached message.

I have several libraries that need to be updated this week and am at a loss as to how to proceed. Hoping someone can help me.

No. On the first attempt to edit through the cloud, I get the attached message when I try to double-click on the item to open in an indd window for editing (all items in my library are tagged as IDMS).

Subsequent attempts to edit through the web, indesign window is activated, but nothing happens.
I can place items onto indd pages, but can no longer edit each item in pop-up window and save back to library.

Could you please help us to better understand the problem?

- What platform are you using;
- What application are you in;
- What file types you are not able to edit;
- Do you Share a link for library or using Collaboration flow;
- Is it happening in one library or in few;
- Do you see any error message when you trying to Edit the asset?
