Unable to enable file sync on Mac

I have a CC for Teams account and am running OSX Mavericks. I go to Preferences in the CC Desktop app and turn on file sync. Then when I go to the Assets tab and click "Start Syncing," for a split second the folder with the CC icon shows, then the "Sart Syncing" button immediately comes back. When I click on it a second time, I get the blue wheel. After a minute or two, it times out, and the "Start Syncing" button comes back. Meanwhile, the turn file sync on button in preferences appears to not stay checked.

Any help you can provide is much appreciated!

eric_h_create,

Please try the workaround documented here: Re: Sync folder can't be activated

Hopefully this works.

Thanks,
