Unable to install Adobe products on new laptop

I recently bought a new laptop and it's saying that my laptop does not meet the requirements to run the software. I find this to be extremely unbelievable as I have ran adobe products on much older computers in the past month. I have attached the error message as well as my systems specs.

thank you. didn't think my browser would be the issue. booted up microsoft edge for the first time ever and it's working.
