Unable to leave a shared file from my adobe creative cloud shared area

I keep accidentally opening an outdated file that was created by an ex-colleague who no longer works here. 

In the Creative Cloud shared area, I click on the checkbox on the document and there are no associated actions available.  It's weird because I have other outdated files (shared by ex-colleagues) and I'm able to leave those easily. Just not this one specific file.  It's driving me insane.  Please help!
