“Unable to Load ‘LIBRARIES’ Page – White Background Appears”

Hi everybody,

one of my students (we are on a k12 school plan and each of my students got a gmail school address linked to their adobe account) got this problem when using Adobe Color where he can’t access the LIBRARIES page on adobe color via browser to check the saved color wheels. All he gets is a white background without any room for interaction.

I tried to use a different browser, even changing machine (we are on macOS) but on both machines the LIBRARIES page works flawlessly with my account logged in, doesn’t work with his. Other students haven’t got his problem. What could it be? Thanks
