Unable to open an invite

I recieved via email an invite to an event. When clicking the link a screen opens up asking me to sign in to adobe document cloud. No matter what email account I use I recieve error messagge invalid credentials.

How do I open ?

use a mobile's browser and your adobe id/password

tried on phone with a couple mobile browser get same message or error 403 forbidden. prefer to open on desktop not phone
