Unable to select next document through script

Hi Team, I was trying automating the album designing. I have encountered an error which doesn't allow me to complete it. I want my script to iterate through the documents which are opened in photoshop and the document to be fit into the layer. I am attaching the script for your reference. Hence request your help to fix the same.
