Unable to Send Messages on Behance Account

Hi everyone,

Our Behance account is currently unable to send messages. We see a notification saying that our messaging ability has been disabled, but we didn’t receive any explanation or warning beforehand.

 

Has anyone experienced this issue before?


What could cause this, and how long does it usually take to get messaging access restored?

Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We’d like to clarify that we’ve already submitted a support ticket three times over the past three months using the official Behance/Adobe support channels. Unfortunately, we never received any response or follow-up from Behance or Adobe.

That’s why we’re reaching out through the community to see if there’s another way to escalate this issue or get visibility from the Behance team.

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows how to get this reviewed by the Behance support team, we’d really appreciate the guidance. Thank you.
