unable to sync

When I try to add files to my desktop creative cloud file manager, I get an error message that says that the files are unable to sync. I already went through the adobe provided help and it did not solve my problem. Any help is appreciated!

Hi,

Can you supply with me some more information & log files please. Could you tell me the size of the file that has failed to upload?

The log files I require are located at:

Mac: /Users/<yourusername>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/

Windows: C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync\

The logs have the date in the filename, like "CoreSync-2014-03-25.log". Please compress (zip) all the CoreSync-2014-MM-DD.log files and email them to me directly harress@adobe.com
