Unable to sync because file is too large error

2.96GB used out of 20GB

There's no weird characters in my file naming.

The file is 5.63GB .mp4

I've signed in and out.

I've went to preferences and turned sync on and off.

I've tried to sync a .jpeg and it worked fine.

I've never ran into this issue before, why now.

The file sync feature has a file size limitation of 5GB. Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app: Questions and answers

I'm not sure why you wouldn't have encountered it before if they were larger than 5GB though.
