Unable to sync file 20081007-232859. CC Sync will not sync any files.

The file name does not exist. I closed "Adobe Desktop Service" and "CoreSync" in the Activity Monitor. I restarted several times. My new and updated files are not being synced.

Deleting the contents of the OOBE folder worked. All 89,000 files had to resync, which took about 18 hours, but my problem is solved.

Sorry, what is the OOBE folder? Im having this issue, but I don't understand the solution.

It is the third option. I tried No. 1 with no luck, skipped No. 2 and No. 3 worked.

I was syncing new files when I realized a folder had too files in it. I deleted it and I think that caused this problem. I have been looking for a solution on this forum. I am hesitent to follow advice that is from 2015 or 2018. I figured there have been updates. Is everything on this forum safe to follow? It seems I'm at the point to reinstall the CC app.
